Good Fantasy Football Trade?

I just got a proposle. I am giving up Maurice Jones-Drew(RB) and Plaxico Burress(WR). I will get Brandon Jackson(RB) Joey Porter (WR) and Julian Peterson (DL). Is this a fair trade.
