My Rabbit is REALLY stressed out! How do I calm her down a little bit?

Well my rabbits just got tatoos in there ear for fair. I cant touch or clean it out for a couple of days.One of them is a little shaken but the other one is really freaked out. She got a little better when she got in her hutch but she is still really freaked! How do i calm her down cuz I've herd that rabbits can die when they get too stressed. :-(
