My mom weighs 232 ibs. and she is about 5' 2" I tell her cut out ALL junk food. Lean meat like grilled chicken or non fatty steak. Don't eat pasta or sweets. Diet soda isn't goo for you so stick with STRICTLY water. Your diet seems to be going well now but in about 3 weeks I think you should join a local gym or get a few excersing videos!
