Mothers only please...I fed, my son is now 3 1/2 and I still get the sensation of milk coming in.?

When you are nursing and you can tell when your milk has come in or its time to nurse you have that somewhat burning feeling and your get full. My daughter is 6 and my son is 3 1/2 now and I haven't nursed him for 3 years but last week I started to notice that I get that burning sensation and my are very tender to the touch. I am not lactating, but I seemed to notice this morning when I got in the shower that my s look a tad bit larger. I went from a 36c to a 34a after nursing and I wondered if anyone else thought maybe it was possible that now they are "coming back"? Has anyone ever had this happen to them. I have had a tubal so I know for sure that I am not pregnant. I have an appointment at my Gyno for something else next week so I am planning on asking him but I wanted other mothers perspectives on this. Although if they come back I wish they would come back as 36d's. Hee hee. Just a dream I think we have all had at one time or another. Thanks
