Can phone companies get you introuble for ting?

okk soo my gf just sent me 3 s of her, and im keepin them but idk im just worried that my phone compay will somehow see them, can they? and can they get me introuble against the law for ting under age? cuz i know its illegal but can phone compnies do anything cuz im no shareing these pics there just 4 me.. or can like i recieve these and somehow the cops see it like it goes 2 the somehow? thank you everyone, i just dont wanna get in big big trouble with the law
