This is Verka Serduchka. A very popular singer in Ukraine and Russia. Actually this is a guy. His songs are very good for crazy parties. He was banned in Russia after his song in Eurovision "Lasha Tumbai" as Russians heard it as "Russia Goodbye". After Eurovision Song Contest he appeared in Europe a lot. He is very popular among former USSR and today's CIS immigrants.
