Can we bring a lawsuit against obama for aiding and abetting illegal aliens?

I have always said there needs to be a criminal charge for accessory to the murders and s of thousands of Americans brought against every high ranking politician responsible since the 1987 amnesty act for not enforcing our country's law. And when they are convicted, and they will be, I want to plaster the photos of these Americans on the walls of their prison cell.
