Guinea pig waiting?

i really want a guinea pig and im trying to prove my responsibility. my mom says well see in 60days! i have done som research and i have around 43 days left. WHAT DO I DO I CANT WAIT.plus i'm really bored becuase i have already done lots of research and financing. I cant talk to my mom about or my dad or they will say no so i cant pester them and i cant figure out what to do next.
