How do I motivate myself to start weightloss program?

If the thoughts of just looking better, feeling better, being healthier and living longer will not motivate you then I don't know what will and you're just as good as dead. I would advise an elliptical and you need to do regular resistance training. It's just as important as the dieting and cardio is. The new book YOU: Staying Yound The Owner's Manual to Extending Your Warranty is an awesome read too. I'm only 24 and I have it.
