What does soluble mean?

If something's soluble in digestion, then it CAN be digested. If you swallow a metal BB, that's insoluble. It'll just come out the other end. Many drugs on the market say '24% (or some number) insoluble', which means it's only there to give the pill some appearance of size to the buyer.
