Is jesse gay? (Some kid at my school but udn2kh to answer the question)?

He has a gay accent, says "YOU KNOW WHAT I'M SAYING?" all the time, and is really gullible, and I don't know he just seems like it. He denies it though. It seems like the traits of a gay person, but I don't know, I only know one other gay guy. What do you think?
