They're only pumping in 10.2 million of those acres. Why are they not pumping? Why are they not pursuing what's estimated to be a total of 54 billion barrels of oil at their disposal right now if they pump? Why are these greedy fellows deciding they want to go beyond that? It's because they want to get it in before George Bush leaves the presidency. It's because they're not pumping the oil to keep the price up. They are not even drilling. You have 30 million leased acres they have right now with 79 percent of all the offshore, and they're not drilling. John says they need more? It would take 10 years for it to come online.

My boyfriend won't eat healthy?

My boyfriend and I are currently in a long distance relationship and I'm having trouble getting him to eat healthy. He would constantly eat take-out and tons of chocolate and sweets and over the past 4 months he's gained about 25 lbs or 10 kg. I honestly don't care about if he looks fat, I just know that he is so unhealthy. He also gets no exercise, even though he says he does, but he never leaves his house. I asked him lots of times nicely to try and cook meals at home, then I started getting annoying since he wouldn't and now he's finally started to cook at home. I was really happy for a bit and I told him that, but then I found out that what he was cooking at home was actually worse than he was getting at take-outs...He tried to copy the "big mac" recipe exactly, and it was PROBABLY healthier than a big mac, but he also probably ate MORE since he controlled the portions. He's also cooking cream curry, which is made from cream obviously...I try to give him healthy recipes but as soon as he sees vegetables or cheese he just goes "Ewww" I told him a perfect alternative for the cream would be coconut milk and chicken broth, but he isn't making any effort to try it. I'm trying really hard to get him to want to be healthy, but he isn't even trying at all...I know he is putting effort into cooking meals at home and now I feel like it's just so he can shove it in my face and be like "Haha you got want you wanted, I'm cooking at home, but I still win because it's unhealthy!" Like a child...I feel like he doesn't care about me. He is much older than me and also much less healthy. It's like he doesn't understand how I feel, I want him to be alive forever. Please help? :(
