Who do you think this mystery person TNA just signed is?

It was mentioned on Lordsofpain.net that Dixie Carter just signed a free agent. It is probably Shelton Benjamin, but I am hoping that it's Mickie James so she can return to TNA and hopefully work as a heel. Who do you think it is.
