Will there be a prop in cali to legalize marijuana in 2010?

I have heard growing talk that in 2010 California (my home state) will be seeing a proposition on the legalization and taxation on marijuana. Is there any EVIDENCE of this? Or is there and EVIDENCE against this? I dont necessarily believe that it would be legalized if it were to be voted on in the California Legislature. What do you think?
