Help really bad stomach?

ok monday night around 10:00 my stomach started hurting sooo bad i couldnt hardly stand it i couldnt sleep i couldnt turn on my stomach or on my sides i had to stay on my back it was sooo bad i was crying, around 11 i threw up it came out of my nose also, so after that i took a shower and brushed my teeth thinking it was over, after that i went to sleep, i woke up at about 3 because my stomach was hurting sooo bad, about 10 minutes later i threw up again and it came out of my nose again, i didnt have much of anything left in me since i threw up so much earlier but i was dry heaving so finnally i was done i went back to bed after rinsing my mouth out and everything then around 4 less than an hour later i sat up and ran to the toilet i couldnt throw up any thing so it was just dry heves i was done after that i went to sleep and didnt wake up until 10 that day my stomach was still hurting but not as bad i didnt eat ANYTHING all that day i called the doctor and he said there was a bug going around so just put a heating pad on it and drink gatorade or gingerale and if i threw up again call him i drank a half a gl of gatorade and thats all i had the whole day i didnt throw up any more that day the next day wich was wednsday,my birthday, i got up around 7 i was really pale and my stomach still hurt i havent thrown up except that one night but my stomach is still hurting and i cant eat hardly anything i cant even finnish a sandwich my grandma saw me and said i had lost alot of wheight and that i looked like a skeleton please tell me whats wrong or just give me some advice because its getting really bad
