Looking for advice please give your opinion?

Ok so i feel like a never ending medical case about a month ago i had both my appendix and gall bladder removed, when they were doing all the cat scans and what not they found that my kidneys are inflamed but they just ignored it more worried about my other symptoms and it hasn't bugged me until about 3 days ago I'm not sure if it has to do with my kidney's or not but when i need to use the bathroom i have to go in a hurry and when i get there hardly anything comes out and when i stand up i still feel like i gotta pee but i can't, so we were thinking UTI but i've already had like 5 this year and to me that doesn't seem right. Also to go along with all of it I have a head change when i move i feel like a movie in slow motion when i first told the doctors this it started after my surgery and they said it was they pain pills but it's been a moth and i haven't taken any pain pills, also I have chest pain its like a burning it hurts through my chest and in my back exactly lined up with my chest it can happen at any given time but sometimes my back will get stiff and if i pop it it brings on this horrible pain it's a dull pain but soooo painful and i went to the er with this and they did nothing for me they checked my heart and lungs and they were fine so they just let me go.. I just don't know what to do I've never felt so bad I'm scared to go to the doctor and they think I'm crazy because it all sounds so weird, and like I said I feel like a never ending medical case. I'm very scared I'm only 17 years old and to have all these problems I just hope I'm not dying please if you know anything about my symptoms give me your opinion. please no rude comments these symptoms are very real and very painful please help
